Privacy & site behavior

Privacy at SigAPI.com

This page describes the site’s own code and the choices a visitor can make while using its guides.

Reading and interacting with the guides

The site’s delivered code does not set analytics cookies, embed email tracking pixels, load third-party advertising, or transmit the content of its code examples. Fonts, illustrations, styles, and scripts are served as local site assets.

The mobile menu, example tabs, motion preference button, and reading-progress indicator operate within the current page. The motion control applies while that page is open; it is not saved to local storage.

Copying and downloading examples

The Copy HTML control writes the visible example to the clipboard when the browser permits it. If the clipboard is unavailable, the page selects the code so you can use your device’s own Copy command. Download links retrieve the example file from the site.

These examples do not accept or submit a visitor’s contact information. Review and adapt any copied code before using it elsewhere.

Contact email and external destinations

Opening a mailto link invokes your chosen email application. Any message you send includes the information you choose to disclose and is handled by the email services involved. Do not include passwords, API secrets, or confidential recipient data.

Editorial source links take you to external websites. Those destinations operate under their own policies. SigAPI.com does not control their collection practices or account settings.

Hosting and tracking education

The hosting provider may process network requests and operational logs needed to serve the website. The available logs and retention depend on the hosting configuration; the static site code does not determine that policy.

The guides discuss tracking pixels to explain how they work and what they cannot establish. The site does not include an event-collection endpoint or a pixel tracking service. Questions about this page can be sent to [email protected].
